Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalist Bubba Watson converted an 8-foot birdie putt on the second hole of a playoff to capture the Travelers Championship for the second time. Watson’s first Travelers victory came in 2010 and marked the first of his eight current PGA Tour wins.
Watson closed with a three-under-par 67 en route to a 16-under 264 total. It marks the second victory of the season for Watson, who also won in a playoff at the WGC-HSBC Champions in China in November.
Titleist Brand Ambassador Graham DeLaet (Pro V1x) shot four rounds in the 60s en route to a fourth place finish.
DeLaet as well as Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalists Carl Pettersson (5th) and Luke Donald (T-7) were among four players who punched their tickets for the Open Championship at St. Andrews based on their finishes this week. The Travelers is part of the Open Qualifying Series, and the top four players who finish inside the top 12 and who aren't already qualified for the year's third major earn invites.

CHOI CHARGES INTO THE WINNERS CIRCLE AT NW ARKANSAS CHAMPIONSHIP
Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalist Na Yeon Choi finished eagle, birdie, par to clinch the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship at 15-under par, two shots clear of her nearest competitor.
The victory marks the second of the season for Choi who also won the season opening Coates Golf Championship.
It is the ninth win of her LPGA Tour career.

MAGGERT CAPTURES U.S. SENIOR OPEN FOR SECOND MAJOR IN 2015
Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalist Jeff Maggert captured the U.S. Senior Open for his second major victory on the Champions Tour this year.
Maggert closed with a 5-under 65 en route to a 10-under par 270 victory total, two shots clear of his nearest competitor.
Maggert won his first 50-and-over major last month at the Regions Tradition.
Pro V1 loyalist Bernhard Langer, who shared the lead with Maggert after three rounds, tied for third at seven-under.
Billy Andrade (Pro V1) shot the lowest score of the final day with a 6-under par 63. He finished one stroke shy of the record for the lowest 18-hole score in any USGA Open championship.

OPPENHEIM FIRES FINAL ROUND 64 TO CAPTURE MAIDEN WIN ON WEB.COM TOUR
Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalist Rob Oppenheim rallied to capture the Air Capital Classic after firing a final round six-under par 64.
Oppenheim’s 13-under 267 victory total was one shot clear of Titleist Brand Ambassador Andy Winings (Pro V1x, 915D3 driver, 915F fairway metal, 712U 3 and 4 irons, CB 714 irons, Vokey Design SM5 pitching and sand wedges and SM4 lob wedge).
Titleist Pro V1x golf ball loyalists Rhein Gibson and Nicholas Lindheimtied for third place another shot back as each of the top four finishers relied upon Titleist for their success.

MUTO CAPTURES 6TH JAPAN TOUR TITLE IN PLAYOFF FASHION
Titleist Pro V1 golf ball loyalist Toshinori Muto closed with a 3-under par 68, including a birdie on the 72nd hole, en route to a 14-under par 270 total to force a sudden-death playoff at the ISPS Handa Global Cup.
Muto won with another birdie on the second extra hole to secure his sixth career JGTO title.
Four players tied for fourth place, two shots behind the playoff participants, including three Titleist loyalists – Ian Poulter, David Smail and H.W. Ryu.
Titleist golf balls have now been played to win six of the first eight events on the JGTO, five times the nearest competitor with one.

LEE RELIES ON PRO V1 AND TITLEIST CLUBS TEE TO GREEN FOR FIRST KOREAN TOUR VICTORY
Titleist Brand Ambassador SooMin Lee (Pro V1, 915D3/8.5° driver, 915F/13.5°, 18° fairway metals, CB 714/3-6 irons, MB 714/7-PW irons, Vokey Design SM4 gap/52° and lob/58° wedges, Scotty Cameron 009 prototype putter) fired a final round 5-under par 67 at the Gunsan CC Open en route to a 14-under 274 victory total and his first career Korean PGA Tour title.
Lee also won this same event two years ago as an amateur playing a Titleist golf ball and full bag of Titleist equipment.
Fellow Titleist Pro V1 golf ball loyalist JiHoon Lee closed with a 3-under par and a 276 total to finish in solo second place, one shot ahead of Titleist Brand Ambassador MinChang Lee (Pro V1x), as Titleist players occupied the top three positions on the leaderboard.
In fact, 11 of the 13 players who finished among the Top 10 and ties relied upon Titleist golf balls for their success.
